I knew from the start this kit was going to be street machine fodder, which is just as well, as trying to build it stock would have drove me nuts. So, with no rules to follow as to what's correct or what's not, I made it as incorrect (and fun!) as I possibly could. Under the hood is the 427 from a Revell Thunderbolt, wired and plumbed. Tight fit, but it was do-able. Most of the front of the engine, as well as the intake came from an AMT ' 67 Galaxie kit. The wheels and the sidepipes are from the Thunderbolt as well.
