trackbound Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I have had this idea rattling around in my head for quite some time...taking a bunch of used up pieces that have been laying in the parts box and make something of them. The first pic shows the first starting pile of parts that have been used on a kit (paint and/or glue messes to deal with). Some scratch building has been necessary, especially with the interior of the cab. At this point, the only items that have not been used on a previous build are the door panels, the pedals, and the wheels/tires (not shown). Not looking for a great deal of detail or accuracy, just a fun build. Chassis is from the AMT 34 Ford Slammer, cab was from the AMT Bigfoot, bed I believe is from an AMT model T, engine seems to be one of the MEL engines, running gear from the Revell 32 Fords, dash is a 55 Chevy (smoothed over), and seats are of unknown origin. Enjoy.
Maindrian Pace Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I missed this the first time around. Different for sure. -MJS
