James2
Built this about four year ago, nothing fancy just a plain Jane kinda build. While waiting on some paint for the Under Slung I figured it's time to do a make over. Just getting started, sorting out parts and cleaning up for new paint. I really like these new wheels from Pegasus. Got it just a bit lower in the rears. Not sure about colors yet, but it will be weathered and worn. Thanks for looking.... Wonderbread Kustomz
I was sad when I saw you were stripping the paint, but when I saw the mockup pic with the whitewalls, I swear you should leave it like that maybe add some different washes to the body for a patina look
James2
Thanks guys. I really want to try some washes and some salt chipping. but I will be doing a little sanded look also. I would like to make the sanded area look more to scale if you know what I mean. The way it looks now is just a sanded model to me.
RocknRolla
I think it looks great all sanded down,i will be watching! Im a sucker for patina looking trucks!
Phizz
I agree, The sanded version looks cool!
James2
Well it does not have the just sanded look, but it is beginning to look a little worn. First attempt at using Sea Salt chipping. I'll still be doing quite a bit of weathering with powders and washes.
W-Machine
I'll admit that I was a little sad to see a beating applied to that truck, but the results were worth it. I like it.
