not a fan of these, but can appreciate a great build. love the subtle details, like the cam connecting the front frame rails!! awesome!! really a great effort. i think the wheels are fine.

Especially that crankshaft as the front nerf bar... Really neat idea

The sun visor and louvered rear deck are also nice touches.

Just one thing... Your hot rod seems to be a bit "cross-eyed"... Watch out for the headlight alignment

As far as the wheels are concerned , the first thing I put on my old clunkers is a nice set of wheels and tires , so yours look just fine .
