kilrathy10 Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 (edited) Started this one about a year and a half ago, but I had lost interest in it after my 1/16 scale Pete 359 had arrived....Now I'm back at it....Pretty close to finishing it.....I have plans for some cars and trailer, too, but for now; here we go.... I tried to get rid of all the dust from this thing, but it's still there....Unbelievable.... Edited September 22, 2013 by kilrathy10

hooknladderno1 Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 JT, Amazing fabrication! I also like the paint fade on the sides. Do you plan any graphics or lettering on the sides, or keep it "inconspicuous"? Great work! David
o-man Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 Hope the pipes don't melt the attic! Great looking toter.

george 53 Posted June 24, 2013 Posted June 24, 2013 Man is this NICE! I've often wondered about doin one like this. Are these actual trucks, or just flights of fancy? Either way, they're pretty cool!
mikemodeler Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Nice job, way to detail the interior. I would hate to have to make turns in that thing though, talk about a long wheelbase!
Kostas Parchas Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Nice build, I like the way you used the sleeper. Kostas.

Ben Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 That's awesome!!! I sell a little "kit" designed to be used in the big sleepers that would work well on a model like that! I has a low Profile Dometic roof AC, a vent lid, three piece toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom sink mounted in a cabinet, microwave face, refrigerator face with handle and a Splendid washer/dryer face with door. Parts were mastered by Les Felts and are VERY nice!!!
catd11rpusher Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 JT nice work, on the craftsmanship. I want to do a nascar hauler someday. NICE work buddy!!!
Brinx Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Nice looking outfit JT! Colors are nice together and I love the way you incorporated all of the original kit's components (i.e. sleeper, stacks) into your design. brinx
