Mike 1017 Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 (edited) This box stock Olds was painted with Dupli Color. I used different backgrounds and camera setting. Edited July 28, 2013 by Mike 1017
Doctordarryl Posted July 28, 2013 Posted July 28, 2013 Michael, What were the colors that you used? This looks great. I like the color combination. The red interior really pops. I usually don't build stock cars but this may inspire me to build one from the case of '50 Olds kits that I have.
Mike 1017 Posted July 28, 2013 Author Posted July 28, 2013 Thanks for all the kind words. It does mean a lot to me. I use Dupli-Color Perfect Match Premium Auto Paint. The Champaign is a Toyota color. The Greenish Blue is a Ford color. I buy it at Auto Zone. I picture the car that I am building, just stare at the paint display and just pick out the colors that will look good

Ace-Garageguy Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 Fine looking Olds. I especially like that high rear-3/4 shot.

realgone58 Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Ford color, Caymen green. Looks fantastic on it, especially with the champagne roof.
