outragis Posted August 27, 2013 Author Posted August 27, 2013 (edited) tweaked the chassis and body, resulting on a lower stance and better fit... What do you think? chrome or gold wheels? Decal sheets I made for this and future projects. Edited August 27, 2013 by outragis
slusher Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 Eric your Nova has a great stance. l have seen some nice cowl hoods on ebay also. l have my copo done in TS-30. Starting in now...
DrKerry Posted August 27, 2013 Posted August 27, 2013 I'd prefer chrome wheels but that's just me. I've never been a fan of gold plated wheels..

hOLMS Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Eric, this is awesome.....agreed, the stance is spot-on. You thought about black wheels with chrome inners and some black stripes somewhere/anywhere?
outragis Posted September 11, 2013 Author Posted September 11, 2013 Eric, this is awesome.....agreed, the stance is spot-on. You thought about black wheels with chrome inners and some black stripes somewhere/anywhere? I'm going to play around with colors on the wheels( I have a few sets) and yes I was going with black stripes
tubbs Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 hey Eric, looking good, looks like the third times the charm on the hood, I like the last attempt the best.
MitchP Posted September 15, 2013 Posted September 15, 2013 Nice job Eric! Surprised you decided to modify the outlaw hoodscoop though. I got one off Ebay for my '66 kit and after some fiddling it fit pretty nice. My kit came with a wimpy 327 dual carb and shortly after I was 3/4 done, I found the same Revell '55 Chevy donor engine with some extras on Ebay. I was so tempted to swap it in but I'd already detailed the stock engine ($$). I'm painting now and I hope to have pictures in about a week.
