Art Laski Posted August 11, 2013 Posted August 11, 2013 Finished this one up. It took two months, but I don't really have many hours in it. It was nice to get something done quickly. I stuck to building it out of the box, but if I had another one, there are a few things I would do, starting with cutting out the side windows. They obscure a lot of the interior detail. Thanks for looking!

Art Laski Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 Man, until i realised it was on a TABLE and NOT a DECK, I thought it was REAL!!! GREAT job, VERY NICE!!!!!! Thanks, George! Actually, the "deck" is really a piece of scrapbooking paper with a photo of wood tacked to piece of foam core board. I thought it would look decent as a deck in scale. I was looking to see if they had some cobblestone type pattern or even brick, but no luck. Great looking model. Big fan of early Japanese stuff. Thanks! Me too...
