'64 Plymouth Belvedere

With all the work going into the other builds I had going on at the time, I needed something that was pretty much a nothing build. As such, this is a box-stock build of the Lindberg version of Richard Petty's '64 Belvedere, but with home-made decals by me. On to the pics:

I think the Richard Petty car was #43, nice build. wrong number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope - it is the correct number for Buck Baker - hence, the homemade decals

Ah Ha...He fooled us.....with the #41!!!! Beautiful build, Scott! I remember building this Lindburg kit many years ago. One question...were the wheels on this kit loose, and needed to be corrected to fit right? For some reason the one I built had this problem.

Tom, the wheels were not loose at all - they fit just fine on mine.

Excellent build. Actually Jim Paschal drove the #41 the most and won the World 600 in 1964 in it.

Need to do the #43 and recreate the photo, otherwise it looks like a Checkered Flag Winner!
