racer3270 Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 This is amazing! Love the work you put in to this. Always wanted to be a pro stock driver when I was little.
Nitrozilla Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 Way impressive. Love the work you did on the doors. All of the other details are sweet too.
PappyD340 Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 Very well done William, extremely nice job on the details!!
krazyglu Posted September 9, 2013 Posted September 9, 2013 That is a really impressive build, I am with everyone else....we need info. The Coughlins are real down to earth people, they have always been one of my favorite racing families.
Dirt Demon Posted September 10, 2013 Author Posted September 10, 2013 (edited) thanks for all the compliments guys! the chassis I used is from a Warren Johnson Olds kit, with a little front end mods involved. the engine is a Ross Gibson 737 Thumper.....the wheels are from Micro Nitro......the struts...rearend...4 link...brake calipers...etc... are from futurattraction. Pro Tech lines and fittings, as well as some fittings and rod ends from RB Motion. The body is from Competition Resins. The paint is Tamiya Lemon Yellow.....cleared with a multi color glitter clear, then several final coats of Omni 2 part clear to fininsh her off!...... Oh and this is a 1/25 scale for those who inquired, sorry. Edited September 10, 2013 by Dirt Demon
W-409 Posted September 10, 2013 Posted September 10, 2013 I've been drooling this one, really nice work! Pro Stockers are quite rarely seen subjects and I'd really like to build one. If I will, I hope it is okay to use this build as a reference?
