Matt T. Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Hello Joseph, there is any update on those wonderful tires? I'm waiting for it! Me 2! These look really nice.
Chief Joseph Posted March 12, 2014 Author Posted March 12, 2014 The larger tires are in production now. I'll release them for sale when I have a decent stock built up to handle the initial orders. Rubber takes longer to produce than standard hard resin, so it's been a slow-go to build up stock. Thanks for your interest, and your patience!!
Matt T. Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 ...Rubber takes longer to produce than standard hard resin, so it's been a slow-go to build up stock.... So they will be rubber, not resin?
Chief Joseph Posted March 12, 2014 Author Posted March 12, 2014 Yes, urethane rubber for ease of use with a wider variety of wheels. I can make rigid urethane resin castings upon request also.
bogger44 Posted March 13, 2014 Posted March 13, 2014 This is great news Joseph! Thanks again for producing this great looking tire. I'll definitely put in an order for a couple of sets once they become available.

The 46" are desperately needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZmi1AuLk4c I have everything but the tires to get started with a build of this monster for my movie car collection. Stuntman Mike Posted May 27, 2014 Posted May 27, 2014 That's a big-a@@ tire I´ve just noticed you´ve already posted. Does that mean you´re not interested in adding a tires this big? Or is there still a "maybe" lurking around?
sirbuildalot Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 (edited) Just got FMR-029 BFG 35" Krawlers. It took 3 or 4 days from time of order. The tires look great! They are about the same size as Aoshima Super Swamper but they are a slightly wider at the tread area. The tread pattern is very nice and looks realistic. I am very happy with the purchase. martinfan5 Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 I wonder if any of these tires will fit the new F350 kit wheels
