Porscheman Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Beautiful build!!! I'm a Ford guy, but I I loved the 60's Cadillac's. Is that a TV?
Chris White Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 very nice Peter, are you addicted to American cars ??

chachie Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 very nice Peter, are you addicted to American cars ?? I am addicted to Canadian cars, wait... ...or was that Milk Bags...im confused now. Awesome Peekay, your models inspire me.
High octane Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 What a beautiful build on that "boulevard barge." I picked up one of those kits last winter and hopefully I'll build it some day.
turn1wonder Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Very nice build. What does the console have, is that a screen and cup-holder or gauge? Could you show what you have done with the front suspension, steering-wise? Bob
PappyD340 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Another FINE build Peter, it's a beauty!!
peekay Posted September 25, 2013 Author Posted September 25, 2013 Thanks so much everybody!Al, yes, it's a TV, came with the kit and there was a telephone too.Chris, yes but I also wish there were more English classics in this scale.Bob, Johan engineered this kit to have poseable steering and it's nicely done. When I do this myself it's less nicely done - not prototypical, just functional, ie. not meant to be seen. The one's I've done this to have then had the whole chassis painted flat black and my camera won't do a useable shot of this.
Ron Hamilton Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 My kind of car!!!! Excellent workmanship.
sjordan2 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 All of your work rivals the master of the game in box-stock kits –– Juha Airio.
MyBradKeselowski Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Flawless ! ! ! Beautiful Caddy ! ! !
ERIK88 Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 (edited) Beautiful build!!! I'm a Ford guy, but I I loved the 60's Cadillac's. Is that a TV? diamond in the back, sunroof top, gansta whitewalls, tv antennas in the back.... Edited September 26, 2013 by ERIK88
W-409 Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 These are really rarely seen. Yours looks excellent, as always. Smooth and Shiny paint with nice detailing on the interior. Excellent BMF work again also.
peekay Posted September 26, 2013 Author Posted September 26, 2013 Thanks again everybody. All of your work rivals the master of the game in box-stock kits –– Juha Airio.Although I'm extremely flattered by the comparison I have to also say that Juha comes from another planet. He's a wizzard who can turn a Chevy into a Studebaker: I just paint and assemble the kit as best I can and add (or subtract) a few details.
