Harry P. Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 I mentioned "cheating" previously... finding the answer the "easy way" (those of you who do it know what I'm talking about). I know all about the "man cave" and the way the answers to this quiz are passed around there (I know who a couple of you are, but don't know all of you that do it). My question is: What's the point? Why bother sending me an answer that you didn't even try to figure out yourself? What fun is that? If you're one of those guys who has been cheating, I suggest you don't bother sending me any answers. Leave this quiz to the people who like this game and like the challenge and play it the right way. You cheaters can stay at your "man cave." Remember... don't post any hints or answers here. PM me with year, make and model. The answer: 2011-present Skoda Rapid
slusher Posted February 24, 2014 Posted February 24, 2014 I enjoy this each week Harry but I have not even got close the last couple weeks..

DonW Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 So easy it sent me galloping off the wrong way totally.PM sent.BTW Hi Geoff - I went to Solihull school, lived at 626 Streetsbrook Road. Good memories!
Lovefordgalaxie Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 I like it better when the car is old. Modern cars don't attract at all, and I don't read about them, so this is taking a while... One thing is sure: I never saw a version of it on the street.

One thing is sure: I never saw a version of it on the street. Well, they did make more than one of them! These bread-and-butter cars do tend to look superficially the same nowadays but keep at it, I'm sure you'll get there!
Lovefordgalaxie Posted February 26, 2014 Posted February 26, 2014 Got it!!!!! talk about something that isn't what it looks...

george 53 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Hey, I got it right, and you can't prove I cheated, so if you DON'T want me to play just say it. I don't care anymore. You take it out on ME because YOU got yelled at? Not MY fault, nor do I care,
customsrus Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Manufactured in India!!!! no wonder I could not find it.
sjordan2 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 A Czech car made in India? This is getting way beyond my research skills.
DonW Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Sounds like you have to improve your research skills!

Modelmartin Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 A Czech car made in India? This is getting way beyond my research skills. And Skoda is part owned by VW!
otherunicorn Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I searched until I found a car with a similar looking grill, then looked that up. My response - A Skoda, you have to be kidding me, and kept right on with my old search. Only when that was finished did I look up Skoda, and there the thing was. I'm pretty sure I've seen one on the road too.
Skydime Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I somehow missed this one until it was too late but, that thing looks like a Toyota Echo with 08 Malibu headlights and a Lincoln LS grille.
GeeBee Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 (edited) I'm pretty sure I've seen one on the road too. You probably have, it's pretty much the same car the rest of the world get, but it's called the Octavia Edited March 1, 2014 by GeeBee
