1 bad55 stan Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Hi everyone,Here's my quick build of a 65 Impala 4dr hardtop,It started as a coupe.I cut it just behind the A pillar and added a 64 coupe roof to it.I scribed the door lines an added some rusty bits. All comments are welcome...Hope you like it...
Teddy J. Tannehill Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Fearless body work.....I like how the 64 top gets away from the fastback look....really a cool idea and again well done on the body work.....Like the weathering, adds to the realism.....Do you think this trick would work on a 67 impala.

Baugher Garage Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Stan, I just realized you're the one also building the white wagon. That one's looking great too!
Quick GMC Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 You know, it was these types of models that appealed to me and the reason why I got back into modelling. thinking it was easy to build the roughed up look more than the clean look. it takes a lot of time and skill to build these. This one is turning out great.
