Hi everyone,Here's my quick build of a 65 Impala 4dr hardtop,It started as a coupe.I cut it just behind the A pillar and added a 64 coupe roof to it.I scribed the door lines an added some rusty bits.All comments are welcome...Hope you like it...

Fearless body work.....I like how the 64 top gets away from the fastback look....really a cool idea and again well done on the body work.....Like the weathering, adds to the realism.....Do you think this trick would work on a 67 impala.

I totally think this will work on a 67 impala,"Teddy" If you don't cut it, an try, you will never know....i would.....cut it i mean

Just happen to have an old (1970) shot of our family car right here to compare:

This is looking awesome! Love the speaker cut-outs in the back window! Where'd you get those wheel hubs with the brake detail?

You know, it was these types of models that appealed to me and the reason why I got back into modelling. thinking it was easy to build the roughed up look more than the clean look. it takes a lot of time and skill to build these. This one is turning out great.
