Hey Fabrizio, I work at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and we have the car on display currently. I would love to take any pictures you could possibly want for reference, should you need any. I have total access to the vehicle and would love to help any way I can.

Whoa! Talk about no fear! You're the man Brizio! I love it!

I have little bit of fear, above all when I think if happen something, I cannot strip the paint off, like on a regular paint job and repaint it. I will have to abandon the project... Thank you Buzz! :)

I'd go with gloss clear, since most of the artwork was done in one shot enamels that have a high gloss.

Thank you Del for the info! :)

Thank you Micheal for this opportunity! For sure I will keep you in mind! I have around 120 picture of the car during the years, and some from the museum that a friend of mine toke a couple of years ago. But like mostly time happen, you have all the picture and you are still missing some piece... :D

I'm impressed, my John Lennon Rolls Royce project may be doable.

I need to google the John Lennon RR, because I don't remember it very well. If I remember correctly there was a company that made a set of decals to replicate the car, unfortunately I don't remember the name. I think was in France, but could be in Germany. Good luck with your project! :)

wowee very cool I envy your art skill and model building together

Thank you Daniel! :)

Me too, but what I'm seeing here is truly amazing, you must have a very steady hand and 20/20 vision ....

Man, this is wild!

It's got to be one of the most diverse projects I've seen.

I wondered if you'd manage to replicate the psychedelic artwork and you have!

You must have some good quality brushes there. Your lines are so good and the colour is vivid.

I'm really impressed!

I'm going to check out some Joplin tunes now, for curiosity's sake...

Steady hand yes, 20/20 vision almost... :D After 5/6 hours of painting my eyes need a break. I'm not 20 anymore... :( Thank you Geoff!!! :)

Thank you GeeTee66! It is a challenging work, and time consuming, but over all I'm enjoying. There are a few spots that worry me to paint, but will see when I'm there. :) I don't know how good the brushes I'm using are, I think they were around $16 at Micheal's a couple of years ago, and until now they did not lose any hair and still keeping the shape. I also use a toothpick and wire metal for paint.
