looking killer Stan. great detail. this thing just oozes horsepower.

and I think the shifter is in backwards. the cable will be coming from the small portion of the shifter and looping thru the floor ti the trans shift lever.

Here is another update,I got the exhaust done,i used some old mufflers some strip styrene an some detail masters flanges.I sanded out the body an painted a gold base coat.After i let that bake(in the sun) i gave it a few coats of clear red...I'll leave it for a day or two and then i'll clear it.

Love the engine your putting in there, Is that clear red over chrome on the covers,.....

Just one thing.. and not to..offend,.. drill out the steering wheel spokes :rolleyes:

Stan this is an awesome build you got going.. the stance is wicked.. and the engine bay looks great.. as tubbs mentioned earlier.. turn the shifter around, it's backwards... this a great looking build may as well get the details right,,,, ;)

Thanks mate,yes clear red over the chrome.Your wright about the steering wheel,wasn't till i super glue it till i noticed it.I will next time...

stan this is one great build the color is awesome i have never thought gold as a base i use the one shot laquer diamond dust silver as a base and will have to try the gold

Thanks Bill,I also use Silver as a base.I try to use the same brand of paint all the way through as i have had a few problems when i mix brands.

Stan, looking real sweet!! aint nothing like big ol balonies's (yea, that's a 70's term), a nice stance and a narrow rear!! looks like your heading for home on this one.
