bpletcher55 Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 VERY NICE JOB , out of the box ,looks good ! those are killer kits and you dont see to meany built straight out of the box , NICE !
Silver Foxx Posted May 21, 2014 Author Posted May 21, 2014 Very nice indeed. I agree with Harry, the detailing on the kit wheels makes a very big difference. I also like the body color valve covers. Did you adjust the stance? It's been so long since I built one of these without making changes to the front wheels, or tires, or suspension, I can't remember! This model presents a coincidence for me, as well, as I was considering doing a Revell 3-window using only kit parts, only changing the things that I really can't get myself to keep. This provides much food for thought, it came out so nicely! No , I did not adjust the stance , this is how it built up , the wheels are the kit wheels with the centres painted with a Testors metalliser . Thanks for the nice comments .
10thumbs Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 What a beautiful model! You say out of the box, which box is it? Which model maker? Can you post a pic of the box? I really want to get several hot rods and gassers as well, could you tell us which manufacturer? Thanks, Michael

Nacho Z Posted May 21, 2014 Posted May 21, 2014 I don't think I can come with something that hasn't already been said about this. Great job!
10thumbs Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Bruce, Got it! At least it's a Revell '32 3 Window Coupe. The model on the box is a stock black one, with American mags. Killer! This model as well as 3 others are on the way. Thanks. Michael
