Very nice.

It's beautifully done, but the door, trunk, and panel lines are too extreme, too black. They don't look realistic and distract from the otherwise exquisite build.

one Lewd Mopar by lewd I mean Nasty, not in a bad way Nasty Good way like it will stomp anything in its path, or that pulls up beside it!

Great work mate!

Awesome looking build!!! Even with the door, trunk, and panel lines being too extreme it's still a great model that YOU built...

It's nicely built, for sure... but those stark black panel lines just scream "model."

Real panel lines wouldn't be black, they would be a darker shade of body color. By making them black, you immediately draw attention to them, and emphasize a feature that in real life you wouldn't even notice! That's why black panel lines look "modelish" and not realistic... they are too obvious.

Another problem with this model: the spoiler is too low. The trunk can't open. On the real Daytonas and Superbirds, they raised the spoiler up as high as they did to allow the trunklid to open on the street cars.

Beautiful work, but I'm biased, i built one like this back around 2001! I like your color scheme better than mine, I wish I had though of a contrasting color for the wing area myself!

I got around that little issue by mounting my wing to the trunk. Not entirely feasible in the real world, but I wanted a lower wing like Uelder, it just looks wrong when it's way up in the air on this body style.

Besides guys, it's a model, not a real car, ease up a bit! What are we, Military modelers now?

The trunk will open far enough to get a 12 pack of beer in it! :D I think it looks great! You live & you learn. I've done the same thing with the panel lines in the past. I figured it out after a while. The spoiler..... I probably wouldn't have thought of that either. Steve
