Superpeterbilt Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 I dug this old dude out to dust off and bring to a club meeting and figured Id post it. It pretty much a box stock mixer kit, without the mixer. I added spokes from an Astro,a 5th wheel from a Mack, and shortened the mixer fenders. The trailer has been cut down to a tandem with a ladder added and tarp bracket and arms. I built this back in the early 2000's. It got plenty of minor flaws and things that I would do differently now, but all in all worthy of the shelf.
Petetrucker07 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 That is pretty nice. Cant believe it was "put to pasture" so to speak. Glad to see you brought it up and posted. Looks good terry
tbill Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 wow, nice combo! glad you dusted it off and showed us, great looking builds.
Truck parts Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Look's right at home. Glad you dusted them off,and posted the pics.
72 Charger Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Wow thats a nice combo . The only flaw I can see is that your hood air intake is on the wrong. The the bars need to go vertical
foosh Posted July 12, 2014 Posted July 12, 2014 Hey Terry, Looks good. I have two Paystars that never got built, may have to work on them after the Peterbilts. Thanks for the inspiration.
