Really sweet proportions and stance and lovely chassis work. It looks like you have trimmed the grill shell to mount it sitting on the front cross member. To my eyes it looks like you could move the whole assembly (crossmember, axle and grill) rearward slightly to close up some space between the front of the engine and the radiator. That and trimming a little more from the bottom of grill shell would really tighten up the already nice setup. Of course, since there doesn't appear to be a front accessory drive and cooling fan mounted, I could be wrong... In any case it's a super-nice build so far and I look forward to more progress.

Wow! Now that is looking real good. I like the old school wheels and white wall tires.

Spent some time polishing the truck today. Also have the grille and headlights in, but not glued in place on the chassis yet. I was abit disappointed with the decal for the tailgate as after I àpplied it there was silvering and I didn't  have any decal set on hand. Not a deal breaker tho'.

Since I finished the '29 "lakes" car, this is now back on my bench. I lowered the rear a tad and thought I'd try different wheels. The wheels came with the Tasca Ford kit and fit the tires/whitewalls from the Revell '29 rat rod truck kit. Just a very small tweak and they fall into place. Guess I'll go with 'em.
