Superpeterbilt Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Thanks Rob! I might be recanting what I said earlier about not building another of these anytime soon, after seeing Jim B's post on the GW Trucks mid and short length hoods I might just have to give this kit another go. Yes, I agree. The shortened hood makes for a much more attractive truck.
olsbooks Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 (edited) VERY SHARP. Is it real or is it Memorex. (Who remembers that). Silver , black, and chrome gain just beg for B&W in my humble view. Back in the day, known as "builders photos" used in service manuals. Oh, WMC? White Motor Co. VERY VERY WELL DONE! Look forward to the trailer. Edited November 15, 2014 by olsbooks

1959scudetto Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 Very nIce model truck, Chuck - although the original is not the most attractive machine.I built mine more than 30 years ago and I remember it was not the easiest build - especially the hood/cab didn't fit at all - will be rebuilt some day - I do hope that it will look at least half as nice as yours...
