om617 Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 Hello. Have been working on this some week now,i did not make a WIP on it,i have this irrational fear Photobucket will black out my pics if i upload to much lol. Revell 1:24,it does have some fit issues but i did my best, most problematic was the front end lower part and rear spoiler. At first i wanted to make a Brewster Green original car,but i found a good 1:25 MPC resto object i will attempt to do stock. So this one got the engine, trans, brakes, suspension and wheels upgrade to be more street machine or pro touring. The body is completely stock,i like it this way, most muscle cars this era looks great only getting a little closer to the ground and some wheels, stock is sweet to. Enough bla bla. here are some pictures. Hope you like it and feedback is welcome, good or bad.
blackandwhite Posted August 22, 2014 Posted August 22, 2014 I am in love with the engine bay. looks like there is plenty of room for a pair of hair dryers and some piping...haha
Metalmad Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 (edited) This is another one that is on my build list . Looks awesome ! Edited August 24, 2014 by Metalmad
donb Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Super nice build. I like the color choice.. I agree and me too!
Maxicoop Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 great color choice and I like the stripe !!!!! I agree need bigger shoes at least on the back ....... you'll burn those tires off in a minute !!!!! super build !!!!!!!!!
om617 Posted August 23, 2014 Author Posted August 23, 2014 Thanks for the feedback. Tires are 235-40-18 Pirelli. Big balloons are more 70s style and for dragsters.
carcrazy19 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Nice build...I like the pro touring look...it gives the TA an aggressive look and the engine bay is super clean. Nice detail. Great job.
geetee66 Posted August 24, 2014 Posted August 24, 2014 Super-clean and crisp build! I'd love to jump in this and give it a proper thrashing!!
