Music and Art are in the eyes and ears of the beholder. Knowing obscure songs or musicians does not make one a person of great taste in music!!!

One who likes and appreciates it all would be one that would in my opinion qualify as person of great taste!

I can give you obscure all day long! That doesn't mean I have good taste in music! Just say'in

James, i guess I could have stated that a bit differently. I want you to hear the song, because it's really good, but you probably never have. It's not due to your listening habits or tastes in music, but simply due to the music business not wanting you to hear anything but the "latest and greatest" BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH that radio stations play. Having been in radio, I know all too well how many great songs never get airplay, simply because they're not the "Flavor Of The Month" or it doesn't sound like all the other pap they're trying to get you to buy.

# 1) I've been to Hollywood

I've been to Redwood

I crossed the ocean

Soon to be divorced

# 3) Whoa, oh, I never realized what a kiss could be

This could only happen to me

I'm embarassed I didn't get that--my favorite GD song and one of only two I really like.

Custom Mike,

I did listen and it was awesome! I know what you mean about the flavor of the day, year, month, yada yada.

I was in two really great rock bands (or garage bands) back in the day, We used to do a fair amount of deep cuts vs the lame stream crowd pleasers, however when people go to a club they typically want you to play what gets jambed in their ears all day long.

It's a shame really because they miss out on great music as you stated.

No harm no foul! All is good!!!! Jimmy "RASS"

It's the only song by them I know other than Casey Jones. I had a VW Mini-Bus at one point, so I learned to hate Deadheads pretty quickly. Why they think everyone driving one of those is a Deadhead like them is just amazing...especially when it's covered in Metallica stickers!
