1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 The engine are together, plans are to paint interior red, leave outside white, and some sick wheels here's what I'm thinkin
Mopar - D Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 White with a red interior will look nice. I take it that you will be going with the HEMI
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 Don't worry I am the /6 is going in a duster
greymack Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Hi there Joseph have you noticed that inline 6 is kind of small? I put that same engine in a Dart as well just looks small I think.
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted September 28, 2014 Author Posted September 28, 2014 Yeah! Exactly what I was thinking! It's a tad small
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted September 28, 2014 Author Posted September 28, 2014 More pics coming this afternoon
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted November 9, 2014 Author Posted November 9, 2014 We'll, no more stock. My dad came up with the idea for a Max Wedge car and this out of all my kits was the only one that could
w451973 Posted November 9, 2014 Posted November 9, 2014 Max wedge. Cool. So nice to see another Mopar without a hemi.
deuces wild Posted November 10, 2014 Posted November 10, 2014 Hey Joe... Did your kit come with the engine stand that's pictured on the side panel of the kit box??? When I opened mine up, it was missing..
deuces wild Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Hey Joe... Got any updates for us???...
1/24DragAndStreetCars Posted November 22, 2014 Author Posted November 22, 2014 Yep, in fact now I do! I have decided this will be a, Ahem, "retired" max wedge, left in a barn to rot for 20-or-so-years with plenty of outdated stuff, like the cage for example. And the way the real wells are messed up so I gave the boot to them. Pics soon
Tom Geiger Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Hmmm, I hadn't noticed that the slant six was small, guess because I hadn't gotten to the point of fitting it into a car. But I did notice that's it's the nicest slant six ever put in a kit (aside from the Revell Visible Slant Six engine kit).
