niro750 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Hi, I have just joined the forum and forget an introduction post, I'll use the first post to say top job, I love the attention to detail, you have a lot of patience and it'a paying off for you. I have pre ordered the belkits escort and this is getting me excited for it, although it won't be a patch on your effort. Keep up the amazing work mate.
mustang1989 Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Man this build is moving right along JC! Great work!

afx Posted April 28, 2015 Author Posted April 28, 2015 Fireball's wheel set looks even better painted. Color is a little on the dark side, but the car will be dark blue so I think it will be fine.
Randy D Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Hi JC, Great looking wheels and tires, Love the valve stems Randy
935k3 Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) This model is really coming along nicely. I am looking forward to seeing it at the upcoming Mid-Atlantic NNL. Edited April 29, 2015 by 935k3
afx Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 Hi JC, Great looking wheels and tires, Love the valve stems Randy Thanks Randy. No removable valve caps or threaded lock nuts like you would have done but they add a bit of detail.
afx Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 This model is really coming along nicely. I am looking forward to seeing it at the upcoming Mid-Atlantic NNL. Thanks Dale. I hope to have it on the primer table at least.
afx Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) That'll look nice JC. Thanks Shay. Yea next to the dark blue of the car the wheels wont look as dark. I like the '78 livery with the red/green nose stripes, like in your photo. However I am building the '79 championship winning livery that doesn't have those stripes. Edited April 29, 2015 by afx
dublin boy Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) Just pretend you can't see the front stripes Edited April 29, 2015 by dublin boy
