This is a Lindberg (formerly Pyro) 1/32 scale "fas-back" that I got as a Christmas present...so I had to build it. I dug out some old Monogram 1/32 kits, and used the wheels, tires, suspension and engine from the Nova kit. Those old Monogram super-detailed small scales do not exist any more, and that's too bad as any of those old Pyro/Lifelike?Lindberg 1/32 scale kits can be made very cool with a little work and imagination.

cool kit bash.

I have a stash of 1/32 scale stuff to transform in similar fashion.

consider a 1/32 scale 55 Nomad, with the motor from the lindberg ZR1 kit... :)

Nice work. That was a multi-piece body with separate sides, right?

correct, multi-piece body, no chrome in these kits and the hood had to be cut and engine compartment details added.

Very cool. I wish I hadn't lost my 1:32 models. had lot's of old Revell kits, but somehow they just vanished.

I had a ton of them too! Used to go down to the five & dime & pick them up for I think it was Forty nine cents or the like. Take 'em home & have 'em built in 10 minutes! :) steve
