Now I know where the cap off my aspirin bottle went.  I was blaming my dog for taking it.

What did the dog say?

A prominent Buick restorer has brought  4 nailhead engines to FTB. They are together in the shop in various stages of assembly.

One has been done as a Tommy Ivo Showboat engine, with the Zoomers facing down.

While I love your workshop I feel the guys with the hats dont quite fit in and the guy with the white t-shirt need some steel toe cap boots on . Those grey sneekers would not be aloud in any workshop.

Love you work BTW

Hi Dave. I showed him your post and he went and bought a pair.

Couple of nice old Fords there, Pat.......... and I do like the woody. The guy up there on the forklift is way up high...... maybe he needs a hard hat?

If the boss sees him, there will be words!

A Lamborhini engine is nearing completion, they're waiting on the exhaust system to arrive . An Acura NSX is getting its air conditioner replenished.

A wheelbarrow type dolly was made for the Hit & Miss engine. Naturally, everyone convened to look at it. The concensus was :" Who can lift this?"

Nice group photo, Pat...... they really look like as though they are having a discussion about the Hit & Miss engine. There must be quite some weight in that old engine!

Good thinking, Pat...... you wouldn't want that one tipping up, would you?

Very enjoyable photos! I really like that the figures aren't doing anything, just standing around, which somehow makes the scene more believable.

The guys have monted a Dodge V10 to the dyno trolley in preparation for a dyno run.

Everything under control in the dyno room, Pat....... and I suppose we are used to seeing V8 engines, and V12 engines, so the Dodge V10 is a more unusual configuration..... to me anyway.

I think the only other one I have seen is the Audi R8. And of course a few industrial engines.

Only thing missing is the sound.  What's the book on the console table?

It is a big book. I’ll put on my reading glasses and maybe I can tell.
