Custom Hearse Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 (AP)- Puxatony Phil will not be doing his yearly forecast, due to the fact that no'one can locate him. He was last seen at Superbowl XLIX, and had promised to show back up in PA. this morning. Please be on the the lookout for him... Here is the last known photo of him from last night:
Pete J. Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Yup, high of 75 with scattered high clouds today. Looks like spring here in San Diego, whether Phil shows up or not.
freakshow12 Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 I saw my shadow. I'm a '76 groundhog. Very accurate
Danno Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I heard he left Phoenix late last night and was in Hollywood today, auditioning for a role in Caddyshack 3.5.
Pete J. Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I heard he left Phoenix late last night and was in Hollywood today, auditioning for a role in Caddyshack 3.5. Ah, well that would explain it. He thought they were shooting Groundhogs day 2.0. Same actor!
espo Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 We all know that there will be six more weeks of winter. That's just the way that is, but it's fun to breakup the gray winters. I saw a thing on the internet where the Mayor in some town in Wisconsin was doing some publicity thing for TV and he held up the Ground Hog to his ear as if the poor thing was going to whisper to him. Well as they say in Hollywood "never get on stag with children or animals" Bigger than life the Ground Hog bit him on the ear. You just have to laugh.
High octane Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I DID laugh as I saw that on the news last night with the mayor gettin' bit. LOL!
The70judgeman Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 That was in Pleasant Prairie, WI if I'm not mistaken. Not so "pleasant" for the mayor.
thatz4u Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 After this Winter, Feb 2 will be the start of groundhog season in the North
