Jason Foster Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Here is the final one from this kit for now. This time full plumbing. Scratch built fuel pump. Rear wheels and tires from the Tony Nancy Jr22 Kit. Front tires are from the Piranha kit. Made the front wheels steerable. Added seat belt and photo etched gauge face in the interior. Enjoy
Misha Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Wow, just saw this added to your previous two posts, again congrats on enhancing this kit. As before your paint schemes are bang on! Plus adding the plumbing really makes it sizzle. Thanks for showing your work, looks fabulous and your output is commendable. Cheers Misha
rv1963 Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 There is nothing I don't like about this one, you should be proud.
peekay Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Really nice job. I'm not that into dragsters but I like the nostalgic ones.
Mike 1017 Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 KOOL !!!!! Enjoyed looking at your Photobucket site.
W-409 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 I enjoy seeing Vintage Dragsters, so I'm glad I decided to visit in Under Glass section now. Excellent job with this one, the color makes it a bit different than most of these, but red and yellow seem to fit nicely together. Chromed firewall looks good too, is it Alclad? Only problem I see is that scoop. The plastic is way too thick to be realistic on that one. But of course it's not your fault.
Pete L. Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) Very nice build, very colorful. Lots of great parts swapping that gives it a fresh look, great job on the steering gear !!! Edited February 8, 2015 by Pete L.
