i some how love flat bed trucks too weather its a big rig or p/u styile. i just love building them. and the dodge L700 truck n flat bed trailer was a complet junk of both the 1.1 and model. with lots diffacult and tough promblems. with fit issues to have it fall apart and brake. when built.

Oh, yeah- the Dodge L-700 can be a fussy kit to put together. First one I ever built I stretched the frame, and used the trailer platform on the truck itself.

I did manage to get the cab to tilt and the doors to open, though!

The other one I did was box stock and built as a beater

Certainly buildable, but the AMT C-600 is a bit more pleasant in the building process!

That decal sheet is wonderful. I've build a couple of these over the years. I think they are fun, and a nice kit.

I have an incredible photo etch set from Harald Weber from Hamberg, Germany too!

Try this one:

I had that old one and got the same response. This one should work.

I thought the p/e set came up in this topic, but I didn't see it. So that this info doesn't get lost, here's the original post by Len Woodruff: http://www.modelcars...c=25667&hl=c600

There was a very nice, very extensive photo etch set made for the AMT C series kits by Harald Weber of Germany. You can see pics in my Fotki albums in the "in progress" folder.

Found it in the C-600 reference pics topic: http://www.modelcars...showtopic=36901

Thanks for posting the link to pics of the p/e set, Ben.
