About Me

I glued some wrecks together when I was 10-14, then started to get seriously interested in the hobby in 2007. I never really finished anything to my satisfaction due to lack of time / crazy women. But life has settled down now, so it's time to get creative with the glue and putty.

I have a fascination with scratchbuilding, so my projects will move with the speed of a glacier while I learn "how to do stuff right."

I can appreciate just about anything, from BMWs to street rods (and BMW-powered street rods, and, well, you get the point lol).

External Wastegate--Any ideas?

I'm doing a project with a couple of big turbos which need external wastegates... but I don't know how to even start to make one. If you have any ideas, please lemme know!

Countach LP500s rebuild

Hey Everyone

I found this in the "bargain basement" of a hobby shop near Philly, for $3.95, with the lower lights gouged out and the wheels missing. The body was painted in what appeared to be red house paint. I'm slowly reviving it. Let me know what you think so far, and thanks for looking
