I haven't watched television in over two years. The last movie I remember enjoying was "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" (which was about 8 years ago....)

I'm really into Art, Philosophy, and Music. My favorite artist is Salvador Dali.....    

Something today's music is also lacking (besides real talent) is a message. Robert Plant's big thing was "here is what we think as far as philosophy goes, but we could be wrong." Tool's music also has the huge over-tone of thinking for ones-self.... What's being made now is just house music for the most part, meant to be danced to, no real message or meaning behind it.....

I don't believe that the music made today will be as fondly remembered in 30 or 40 years as most of the GOOD bands from the 60's and 70's are remembered today....

and MAGNUM, Morrison wanted to get his poetry out there for the people, so he became a singer....

Sounds like something I would say to my Dad after "souping-up" my car as a teenager!    

Guys, I thought that using a polishing compound before a coat of paint was a no-no... Seems like it would cause a reaction to the finish? Or is that another myth?
