  1. Hopefully just need to learn to get my taping down better. Curved and angled patterns I suck at.
  2. New cab arrived. So the $64,000. Question is.....what colors and scheme do I go with? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you.
  3. Thanks. Repainted it and it will go in the stash. A friend is kind enough to sell me another cab. Do away I go.

  5. More work on the cab/hood. Roof lights, horn holes drilled. Did the seals around windshield, and rear glass in Black Sharpie. Lettering, emblems, wipers, and door handles done in Silver Sharpie.
  6. Vince correct. So after stripping the paint with Easy Off Yellow and using steel wool and green scrub pad to remove the paint and primer and then reprimed the cab for its visit to Earl Scheib’s last night I looked at it this morning and there’s a sort of waviness to the left cab door. When stripping it last night I saw what appeared to be “cratering” in the paint. However I felt the new primer would cover it. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
  7. I am redoing the paint. I am unsatisfied with my effort. Will post new pics as soon as she leaves Earl Scheib’s. BTW you youngsters may not know who or what Earl Scheib’s is.
  8. White Road Commander 2 IH Fleetstar 2070A Ford CLT9000 White Road Boss 2 GMC 9500 long snout Yes I know some have resin versions of them already. But just my two copper circles.
  9. More work on the cab last night. Weatherstripping done and touch up on the stripes. The picture of the actual 1967ish White Freightliner is what I am trying to attain with this build. Somewhat.
