Who did the optional Mustang II paint scheme renderings included in your Photobucket slideshow? They're very nice as well.
-
Can't tell from the pic's, but looking at the PDF kit instruction sheet, the dash appears to be from the 2010 issue, as the radio face is the smaller face design not the larger display added in 2013. Can you confirm, Gerry?

Nice build, enjoyed the fictitious back story as well.

"The paintjob was done with Ferrari-red and clear enamels from Revell. The model was not weathered as the reference car came along in a top notch concours condition." ....This isn't the reference car?!
-
Outstanding!! Your modifications, while significant, appear as subtle, but oh-so-perfect! Well done, sir.
-
Well done! Love the restraint shown on the weathering, it's just right, not overly done.

Where are the great Hobby Shops?
Qwit Pushin replied to Fender's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I now live in Sacramento, but was born and raised in the Milwaukee area and concur with your praise of Model Empire and Greenfield N &H. Whenever I'm back there, I make the trip to both of those fine shops. -
....This project will be completed for the NNL, Saturday, right?....

Love your work, another great example!
