unclescott58 Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 Why do you want to delete this thread? It sounds like it could be the start of another interesting subject.
magicmustang Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 (edited) There were 14 in the Funny Car series. Pic does not show the Corvair, Allison Thunderbird or Piranha. There was another thread recently about this, that is where these pics came from. Edited January 16, 2018 by magicmustang
RAT-T Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 WOULD BE NICE IF THE OLDS & CHEVELL WERE BROUGHT BACK AROUND ONE MORE TIME

Its lovely body was chopped up into a dirt track modified, alas. And despite what it says on the box, the '67 Corvette doesn't really belong with this group. It's not an AWB funny car at all, not even close. It's just a reissue of the annual 1967 Corvette Coupe. Its bones live on today in the oft-reissued '63 Coupe.
espo Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 As many may know, Round 2 has reissued the Studebaker, Chevy II, Falcon and the Mustang. The Barracuda has been reissued as the Hurt Hemi Under Glass a couple of times. I personally would like to see the Tempest reissued but with the option of a standard wheel base, but that's just me. The Corvette would be easy to recreate since the reissued '63 is on the shelves now. The Comet would also be nice to have back if the molds are still around, I would prefer the hardtop but maybe it could be done with the option of either roof. I don't think I ever saw the Olds F-85 kit but obviously it was done.

I have seen some of his work before, I think he has a presents on the Aftermarket segment of the Forum, and his builds are just unbelievable.
