    The roof is 50 ford conv. The rear is driving me crazy I've seen it before but can't place it !!!

    That would be a 1302 super beetle with a flat windshield 71 or 72 in 73 they went to the curved windshield like the aoshima kit

    your reference pic has 009 bosh dist. most factory dist 034 have a vaccum advance just letting you know like this

    the distributor cap would be a dark red almost orange color and the piece to the side is the vacuum advance for timing

    Is it the body too far back or the frame too long ?? I love this kit and hate it at the same time something with the length ! Sorry nothing against original poster's build I like it but there is something with this kit !! lol!!!!

    I'm only talking about the hood scoop thing not the car. I like the 56 ford needs a teardrop if it really needs a hood scoop !!! And I'm always careful !!
