    A little wider rear tire wouldn't hurt that little Red ram would eat those rear tires !! And it must of been to humid on the black paint but fits the teenager driveway paint job perfectly !! And where's the chrome windshield frame at ?

    nice work and yes the dashboard is different between 72 and 73 Super beetles cause of the rounded windshield and the 1 inch or so in length over the standard 70 down beetle !!

    This kit originally came with working head and tail lights that's probably why the headlight lenses are off !

    I chopped, channeled and sectioned and shortened the bed on this kit before but never finished it hears a pick of mine for giggles so many possibilities with this kit I still have it somewhere lol I love it

    My favorite the Super beetle 1303s very nice make sure you round out those front wings the lower portion of the bonnet needs help also !! Can't wait to see what you do . crappy pic of mine

    It's actually sectioned 3/16 or so off the bottom of the body hood cut to fit and suspension lowered also my original inspiration was a sedan

    Thanks someday I'll get back at it !!! just an FYI we were talking about cool engines for this kit I got 1 the Hemi from the 53 stude Double Whammy with the twin blowers should drop in also if it wasn't mentioned lol!!!

    Definitely not no door trunk or front steering might as well been a snap kit the 63 kit remains the supreme 41 Willys kit !! I always had fun building the kit !! never had problems with the kit

    You seem very disgruntled with this kit !! so painted the Coral with a black top and white interior !!

    What are the wheels your using very nice remind me of a Borbet or Speedline but they are not though close ? love the euro lights nice !!

    they should bend easily on a 90 degree angle don't go bending them 50 times but once should be fine next time find them with 30 gauge wire much easier to hide !! lookin great by the way

    Just bend the wires at the headlight straight down so the fender hides them ! Looks great by the way

    The AMT 39/40 sedan has an Oldsmobile rocket motor in it was a common oldschool swap !!
