Tiger89
Outstanding. I bought this kit still sealed from the local hobby shop last year for $18, and I think they have a couple more. I guess not a big demand for these. Mine will get built eventually.

Undercarriage: Acrylics + LP Tamiya. Body: Acrylic Akan. Varnish: 2k zero colors. As for the varnish, I want to note that it is not always necessary to blindly instructions for packaging, because the last times I did not like how the varnish is applied and polished. When I used to take 2k varnish for bottling (single portion), I diluted it liquid-liquid and everything was ok. So I did this time too. I spread zero 2 times more than the instructions advise. Hi Roman....I was searching for anyone who built this kit. I'm in the process of getting ready to paint a doner body that a fellow member sent me since I painted the original kit, messed it up, redid it and was still not happy with it. Anyway, on the first body I went ahead and glued the front bumper on and after the painting tried to get the headlight bezels in and the fit is terrible. So, on the doner body I'm putting the bezels in the bumper before painting and it is nothing but a pain in the beee-hind. I know it's been quite a while since you did this but do you remember issues with this. Just curious and if anyone else has done this kit, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks, Mike

I glued on the headlights before painting. And during painting he masked them with tape.
Zippi
Nice looking Thunderbird. What color did you use on the interior? I really like that color.

Thanks Roman, but did you glue the bumper on first? I just can't get the bezels to fit flush top bottom and sides at all. Tried with the bumper glued on and now I'm trying to get it in with the bumper off. Freazzling my nerves🙄

Freazzling my nerves🙄 Yes, I immediately glued the bumper. I always glue bumpers on models before painting, because painted them normally cannot be glued later, it will always look sloppy, and you can accidentally smear them with glue.
