David G.
Hello All. This is my first time painting a figure and my first time working with resin and I have to say that I'm rather happy with the way it came out. I'm making this as a companion to the 49 Mercury Joker-Mobile that I recently completed. I bought the figure on line, it was originally offered as a part of this kit. For painting, I decided to use the box illustration as a guide. The rifle is from the parts box and I fabricated the dynamite. Since I intended these to be a set, here they are together. The figure seems a bit too large when compared to the car, almost like it's actually 1:24 instead of 1:25. But they'll look good together in the display case. As I mentioned, I'm pretty happy with the way this one turned out except that now I'm feeling the need to get a Batman figure. As always, thanks for taking the time to look and please feel free to comment. David G.
Jim B
Came out nice. I like the Mercury as the Goon Car as opposed to the Monaco.

I'm 6'6" and I look like I'm a much larger scale when I'm around cars! Say for example...a Miata.

Thanks for the chuckle. David G.

Thanks for the chuckle. David G. There's no way I could drive this car! I close the door and my leg is wedged. No way to work the clutch. Just took this one on trade here at work. David G.
I almost forgot my traditional Display Case Photo, so here it is. Now I can close this file out. Thanks again, David G.
