TonyK Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 Been a Peter Gabriel fan since the early Genesis days but as he has gotten older, he and his music has become a bit different for me. Just doesn't click for me anymore. Luckily I have a ton of music from the past that I can still enjoy of his.
iamsuperdan Posted January 6, 2023 Posted January 6, 2023 His stuff is so good. He's just been consistently awesome. I like the new song. Hoping he comes to my neck of the woods on the new tour.
Mike 1017 Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 The Rainbow in Chicago put on a 24-hour concert which included Genises, Richy Havens, Butterfield Blues Band, and others. The Genises Band were the best. Tickets were $12.00. Mike

jaymcminn Posted February 5, 2023 Posted February 5, 2023 Heard Panopticom on one of the Blog Radio shows on Sirius XMU. Awesome track. Looking forward to the album! 1
Rob Hall Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 Looking forward to seeing him in concert..he doesn't tour often. I saw him last about 20 years ago. I have a busy year of concerts to attend, should be a lot of fun...planning to see Bruce Springsteen, Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, The Cure and Santana also this year.
Brian Austin Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 I heard the song "Panopticom" on the radio recently, a college station, so it's getting a little airplay.
afx Posted April 10, 2023 Author Posted April 10, 2023 (edited) The Family & The Fishing net that Peter references in the April video. Album version: Edited April 10, 2023 by afx 1
Anglia105E Posted April 10, 2023 Posted April 10, 2023 Thanks for posting this JC . . . The Family & The Fishing Net is my all time favourite track from Peter Gabriel's stuff, and this live version is just brilliant. I listened to this track in the late 80's while in a large empty house all by myself, and I was able to turn up the volume to maximum ( no neighbours ). David 1
afx Posted April 11, 2023 Author Posted April 11, 2023 Your welcome David. Security is one of my favorite PG albums. I like to crank it up as well - great percussion work on the album.
Rob Hall Posted September 30, 2023 Posted September 30, 2023 Saw him in concert here in Cleveland a few nights ago. Excellent 3hr concert...performed 11 songs from the new i/o album and 11 classics. Love the new material. Quite the audio/visual performance. IMG-0721.MOV 1
