1926 Mack AC dump truck (just like the Monogram kit)

With several people talking about building the Monogram Mack AC I thought these might be helpful. This is a local truck that shows up at various old equipment shows in the area. It is almost a perfect match for the Monogram AC dump truck kit.

I need to find one Monogram's stake bed versions of this truck. Very cool to see a real one. Especial since it is a good match for the Monogram kit. The pictures would be a good guide for building the model.

Thanks for bumping this one up at this particular time, Scott. I bought the tanker kit a while back to be an airport fuel truck, to go along with the GeeBee racing plane.

Hard to believe this truck was built through 1936 (so I understand).

I used to watch this series of programs on Discovery back in the 90s and still have the recordings on VHS somewhere.
