Aaronw Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 With several people talking about building the Monogram Mack AC I thought these might be helpful. This is a local truck that shows up at various old equipment shows in the area. It is almost a perfect match for the Monogram AC dump truck kit.
Mackvision Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Wonderful reference pics! thanks for posting these......................................Mark
scummy Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Mate , these are great photo's . Thanks for taking the time to put them up .
Superpeterbilt Posted April 9, 2015 Posted April 9, 2015 Thank you for sharing these. They will be very helpful.
unclescott58 Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 I need to find one Monogram's stake bed versions of this truck. Very cool to see a real one. Especial since it is a good match for the Monogram kit. The pictures would be a good guide for building the model.
Ace-Garageguy Posted September 28, 2016 Posted September 28, 2016 Thanks for bumping this one up at this particular time, Scott. I bought the tanker kit a while back to be an airport fuel truck, to go along with the GeeBee racing plane.Hard to believe this truck was built through 1936 (so I understand).
misterNNL Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Outstanding detail photos of seldom if ever seen parts of these great old workhorses.Fabulous for those interested in adding details to any vintage truck build. Thanks for sharing!
Casey Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Semi-related, a Mack AC(?) tanker with a (tiny) snowplow attached:

Atmobil Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 Not as much a good refrence but a good tv program: I used to watch this series of programs on Discovery back in the 90s and still have the recordings on VHS somewhere.
