Its pretty easy to use but the difficulty to make parts for it is in the 7 and up difficulty scale, scanners cant see chrome or glass i fixed this by using baby powder but that also creates a grainy surface when scanned. the problem is as you can tell the dozens of dents created by light refraction that would take days to fix and maybe even weeks or months to make a usable body for printing.

Wasnt planning on it but decided to make it to get it over with, its a body kit designed to make the car low while still sitting on 30" wheels. -

Yup its got a few uses i have one with an adjustable slider that can be turned horizontally and be used to center wheels on wheel wells. Cost is cheap, downside is im not printing any beyond what i personally use but the file is uploaded on Cults with a license to sell the prints and i keep it consistently updated. Rbmodelworks is currently selling several versions of this design -
I like lowered cars, sometimes i slam them, but both times i do i have to butcher the suspension which leads to issues like off center mounts or 3 wheels down, one up. I also started building more stockish rides but i always run into the problem with the ride heights being too high even for 1:1 factory stock. I figured i would 3d print my way out of it and help the hobby too because i know im not the only one with this problem. This basically is the same as a stock wheel back but with an offset mount that allows you to lower or slam a kit without butchering the suspension. Its obviously not realistic but some people just want to just build without the added headaches of trying to figure out how much to cut. The 59 shown is a demonstration of stock wheel backs and a 2mm offset wheel back which is what im going to run in the build itself because i want a nice low look custom but not slab deep to the pavement.
