  1. Was able to slice off the molded in exhaust , replaced with some parts box pieces.
  2. Sliced off the molded in exhaust manifold. Found a header and 4Bbl intake in the part box, pretty sure they are for a slant six ,but they will work.
  3. Thanks, Carl.
  4. I remember seeing the Panther in a magazine before. Cool project!
  5. Fitting the engine.
  6. Getting the engine fitting.
  7. Thanks , I'm still using the 6 and some other parts. I couldn't believe the chassis fit the AMX , only a small amount of trimming the wheel tub at the top.
  8. Got the AMX setting on its own weight and right where I want it.
  9. The AMX is setting on it own weight and right where I want it.
  10. That must of been were they came from. Not sure if it had all 4 on it , but that means my Un- Monkeey was an old glue bomb!
  11. Thanks. I used the 69 Shelby roof, cowl ,engine ,engine compartment, interior and chassis. Not much of the Cougar was really used, just the lower body and chrome.
  12. My Pacer body got stepped on , but the chassis l built for it actually fits an AMX. I'm going to use all three kits to build my Cannonball car for this year!
  13. Here is the 69 , you have wait on the other two. Definitely going to build them!
  14. Not sure how the happened , but it did. I'm not going to build the Pacer , but will still use the inline six and maybe a few other parts. I have an AMX and the chassis l made for the Pacer fits the AMX better. So I'm changing to an AMX. Glad I wasn't to far on it! Pacers are so ugly anyway?
  15. Can't wait to see this done. I'm planning on building one too ,using the Funny car kit that they rereleasing. Already did a 69 ,and trying to piece together a 70.
  16. I'm thinking they came off a MPC Monkee Mobile, the rims were melted and I almost pitched them. Missing one of them . I might have to keep looking.
  17. Look for some tires last night, l noticed these. When did MPC put them in their kits?
  18. Very cool!
  19. That's the one , it was a door prize. Put it together in about a week. I don't have an air brush, so this was all brush painted , I know nothing about armour, just wanted to see what I could do with it.
  20. I'm sure you would cut it up too. This was a Fruit wagon.
  21. Dave , I was messing around with something that yours reminded of yours . The Revell rat rod roadster pick-up and a beer wagon roof. If you shortened the door and got rid of the 29's body line on the cowl , just an idea I
