The Wheel centers are from one of the California wheels series i think, the outer rims are machined aluminum, tires are from the parts box

Gregg I know it's not somrething you have control over... when i lived in NY i got it a day or maybe 2 after it was mailed... moving here to NC has change that... letters mailed as much as my mags seem to take an extra week to get to me.... i can mail something from here to my sis in ny and she gets it the next day she mails me something priority and it take 4-7 days... i have gotten used to it...lol..so no grips from me on the mag at all.. love it and will keep my script going as well as try to get some of the others in the area to subscribe.... stay well my friend Tom -

Im a Postal worker and i admit it.... lol As for mags getting mangled it is all in the processing of the mags, they go through machines, no longer sorted by hand, only person that really handles your mag is the carrier who delivers it... when SA went from plastic bags to just labels my mags were a mess. MCM only came with labels so there was no changeover... The USPS is working daily to eliminate the tearing and the mangling of flats by continually upgrading the machines and the adjustment of the machines... me personally would love to see the mags back in plastic but the cost to do that is prohibitive...
