  1. Got some decals off ebay for my Tamiya Hiace Delivery Van
  2. Gun Metal is so played out. This is a very cool build as is
  3. I have posted off topic items here only because I saw other off topic items. I have learned my lesson and have stopped such posting on this thread. So just follow the rules and all will be fine.
  4. Nice build companion to your Gene Snow car!
  5. Mighty nice for just whipping it together!
  6. Yes indeed! Thank you to all who have served so we may enjoy our freedom, especially those who paid the ultimate price.
  7. Careful next time you make fun of one, it might be this one
  8. No worries. I was being a bit smart myself. I guess the whole thing boils down to individual taste and opinions, and just like belly buttons, everybody has one! And not necessarily the taste part.
  9. Sure, I don't have size issues! 2008 NIssan Xterra 1972 Datsun 510 Cars I have owned: 1969 Datsun 510 1971 datsun 521 1967 Datsun 1600 Roadster 1972 Plymouth 340 Cuda 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu So, what you got, Mike?
  10. Go on, take a look http://instagram.com/modelroundup
  11. These are the two chassis next to each other. Excuse the dust, they are mostly mock up frames now. I lined them up at the rear axle and here you can see the difference in length And here is the proverbial Winged Express Chassis, AKA Black Widow, AKA Fuel Vette and so on... The Second chassis is a very weird Revell Funny Car Chassis that was in the Revellaser Pinto and Eastern Raider Pinto. Weird but will make a good Altered Chassis.
  12. Great colors and nice fog job!
  13. You nailed it! Nice job, Plum!
  14. Easy, the Aurora Racing Scenes collection! I have the Drivers, Mechanic with Tool Box, The 392 Injected Hemi and the Pinto Body
  15. Most of these resin bodies are made to fit the 80's and up chassis style. The Revellution funny car has what is now referred to as the "Buttera" style chassis and the McDonald's car has what is called a modern style chassis.
  16. This was a Tamiya display at our local IPMS show. I believe that is new from Tamiya Nashorn Self Propelled Tank Destroyer http://www.tamiyausa.com/items/plastic-model-series-20/1-35-scale-military-miniature-12000/nashorn-heavy-tank-destroyer-35335
  17. Hands down, the Hasegawa kit is great! It is a curbside, but looks very nice when built.
  18. Why are they listing the car hauler as "Big Scale"?
  19. That my friend, is one of the great mysteries of the modeling world! This could also be a tooling that was started long ago but never finished or not put into production for various reasons.
  20. Revell wants to sell CV kits as well. Hence why they are making one despite the fact that LIndberg has one already.
  21. Most of the photos I post are taken with my phone, and yes, you can practice and get good with it. If you have the nice photo gear for it, use it, otherwise, the phone should do the trick. You can take them and delete them until the battery dies! So have at it and practice, practice and practice!
