  7. Hi Im watching a Revell / AMT 1956 Chrysler New Yorker on Ebay . I just wanted to know if anyone could clarify the Scale of this kit . It looks 1/25th but the measurements given on the listing say it is 2 1/4 inch wide ? This leads me to think that it is 1/32 . Can anyone help before I go and waist my money bidding on it Thanks

  10. Even if the foil that you speak of could be used I would still paint my models . That is Half the fun of doing them surly ?

  14. Thanks Jim I have been informed by another member (towman) that they did produce a long stepside bed . Although it was not much longer than the stock one

  23. Looking sweet Sam .What pressure are you set at for spraying Alclad ? It should be around 12 -15 psi . I have found that if you spray it upwards to the part it works great . So far as I know ( Im no expert) There is no clear coat that does not change the shine of Alclad you just have to leave it bare and try not to touch it to much or it will start to come off . You can buff it some but I never bother . I hope this helps you Sam . I have not ever used Testors metalizer but im sure it is the same dulling effect when you clear coat .
  24. Are you putting the Mack on a Pete/KW chassis or are you scratching up a Mack one?
