  1. did you try to sift through it to 'refine' the chunk size? Sometimes if I havent used mine for a while it consolidates, I just put it through a fine mesh and it puffs it right back up

  3. was this a diecast that you modified? what kind of kit is it?
  4. spent a year at the local community college. transferred out to WIU, got booted for grades after a semester (went in on academic probation), and then spent the 2nd semester at the community college out there. Came back home and went back to the same local CC and put a hold on it at that point...4 years later Im still on hold

  10. finally some excitement for the powerplant! I wanted to try and boost it, but Ive never tried that before and the 1/25 engine bay on this car seems a little tighter than Id like for my first time. Ive got myself a nice '85 1/24 SVO that will be receiving a nice upgrade

Fingers crossed I buy a jock strap and not a tutu. (in all seriousness if it has 10 fingers, 10 toes, and is healthy....I couldnt and wouldnt ask for more
  13. Yes, Model Master, this leather is AWESOME! the seats came that way which really helps the leather looks life like.
  14. looks real nice man. Im building one of the same http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=63922&hl= mind if I ask where you sourced the wheels from? Im having a heck of a time finding wheels and tires for this thing
  15. And here are the seats in the process of MM leather
  16. I wanted to seal the hatch with some styrene but with my novice filler and plastic knowledge it looked like garbage so I ripped it out. I bonded the front lip to the hood itself and tried my best at sanding and getting it to look right, but its still off. I started the whole process wrong by painting the lower hood lip and the hood seperately and then trying to bond the two of them together. Once I did this I sanded the filler to what I thought was good and then hit it with the primer, but with the coat of LACQUER already down...I got the peel Once I sanded it down and let it air out I hit it today with a couple quick shots of paint. You can see near the left side of what I mean where I didnt transition it good enough. There are some light spots, but that was from sanding through the primer and paint. SO here it is Grey flocking on the floors. I did this a while ago to see how I managed at it, which is why its done before the paint The rear-end in this thing this bothered me (partially since I broke it during install) so I starting fabbing up another I had to trim part of the chasis to clear it so Ive got filler on that now
  17. Hood in the process of paint A little more added to the motor Interior coming along
  18. not a clue. its clear and imho seems to be a thinner glue.
  19. I went to a hobby/toy show today and picked up a mustang bomb for 3 bucks. I see that purple power will strip the paint, but is there anything that will 'eat' at the glue and have the parts come apart easier? Thanks in advance
