thanks to for the comments.jeff the body was first painted the color thats on the frame then a used laundry dryer sheet was stretched over it,then it was airbrushed with decanted testers emerald green, removed the dryer sheet airbrushed all the edges with the same green then just a bit of black around the furthest edges, clear and rub it out.

  6. finished this for a club build last summer but haven't been able to post til now this was a amt gluebomb i got at a yardsale.i decided to go custom as i had not done it before.had a sort of dragon theme in mind.engine is 429cj from revell trans is c6 from amt 33 willys both modified. front and rear suspension is all custom with airbags.dash is custom as are seats and door panels.frame was modified.engine firewall was smoothed and molded to fender aprons.fenders were molded to body, custom headlights, driving lights, turn signals and taillights, high stoplight added just behind rear window, top was chopped.comments welcome thanks john
  7. i like it,but agree the spoiler needs to go.i would like to see the shelby style flip and it would go good with the cougar taillights like the shelby's

  22. it is a very nice job.but i've got to tell you Tom Danials never made anything this cool in my opinion.the boothill was built by Ray Fahrner and was parts of a whole funeral themed set.i used to work at the car shows back then for Ray.look up the wake wagon that was my favorite.he also did a flower truck and escort trike.like i said just my opinion, but i don't think Danials work is even in the same league as the late Mr.Fahrners real cars
  23. beautiful job as always!
