  1. F&F was Ed Fluck Sr and I think he passed 15 or more years ago. His son Ed Fluck Jr does absolutely beautiful castings under the name Drag City Casting. Different subject matters, though.
  2. Unfortunately, the release only alludes to GM cars.
  3. Don't think it is enough, the Capricorn engine, while it was available, was $150k+. And that's repro..... https://www.hemmings.com/stories/2012/04/16/new-complete-four-cam-porsche-carrera-engines-now-available
  4. It took me quite some time to get the Mercedes. Previous obstacle was the Vauxhall wagon which I was close to buying ca 1975 but my father stopped me from buying due to an open and tattered box.? The Maxi I have yet to see IRL. The Blue Beetle is probably a Japanized copy of the Monogram but I have no variations of the Mono kit or the subsequent reissues to compare.
  5. Got this yesterday, local find. Tattered box but sealed inside, just missing a metal axle.?
  6. My pleasure! It came to a good home and I got things I needed in trade. I also got five months worth of interesting reading, in installments. Oddly enough, while 90% of my stash consists of stuff I’ve gotten off ebay or from US dealers, all three ´68 442’s I’ve had, were found locally in Sweden.
  7. Absolutely beautiful – it’s up there in Juha-land. It probably just would’ve spent its time in a box in a closet at my place. And I’ve got to admit it was a bit of self interest in operation doing this trade, as I knew I’d have a chance to view frequent updates with good storytelling, dealing with progress and the occasional problem to be resolved. And it lasted me for close to half a year. And that sure beats having it condensed into a format fitting magazine publishing requirements.?
  8. The Jo-Han '69 GTX kit is the one I'm looking for, I think I have most of the other hard to find Mopar B-bodies. Others that are on the next-to-impossible list are the SMP 1911 Chevy, the Gladen Aerocar and the two Revell 1955/56 Autorama sets
  9. Are the 55-6 Pontiac p/e sets available anywhere other than shows? I.e. web order?
  10. It is a rare occasion, but sometimes it happens. Got this from a local FB group last week. Factory sealed. ?
  11. For restoration - no. If it has the parts I need for another project - yes. The remains will be sold off if there's any interest....
  12. They were also available from the Turnpike parts rack.
  13. These are the 5 I'm aware of. The pic is something I found on the net a dozen years ago, or so. Still looking for the 40 Coupe card; have some of the others to trade.
  14. I believe it was launched in August this year and I found out about it via some FB group. I've provided some scans of AMT flyers to help w the project.
  15. Mark, any idea where this comes from? I take it none of the promos had the wells for antennas, spotlights and mirrors? And this is molded in white. Got it as a built up in gold paint long ago off ebay....
  16. Thanks Tom! Never have seen this before but it obviously had some publicity on the net. And I certainly don't need more silly ideas.... /Claes
  17. Happened to see this comment and many thanks! I have an ailing 62 Imperial and happened to have a bag of 63 Buick custom parts not knowing the taillights were there. Thanks! /Claes
  18. Tom, do you happen to have more pics of the chopped VW van in the backgound of this pic? Looks interesting... /Claes
  19. Mark, do you have a pic of that catalog?
  20. Ca '59-60. From memory, the left has the '60 annuals (kits, frictions) listed and the AMT 27T Roadster as "coming", the right one has the '61 Jo-han frictions listed as well as the '60 kits and the AMT 25T listed as "new".
  21. These are the two oldest I have; were there any issued previous to these and what did they look like? /Claes
  22. Just a scrubbing w warm water and dishwashing detergent. As for the resin itself, there's nothing to trim or sand whatsoever....
  23. Here are a couple of wheels (5" & 7") that I had plated at Kustom Krome. Tire is FMR 022 BFG 295/50 that's no longer available in white resin. Somewhere I have same tires painted w Tamiya rubber black & wheels w chrome spray but I can't find them now.
