Thank you. Tony is a talented person and if anyone can clean up molds he can if he decides to rejuvenate the line. I recognise more people by face than names at the contests up here.

Like i said i sold mine i thought they were a little rough for my tastes. I think tony is a member of the puget sound modelers association up here. Might be able to get ahold of him through their website. Here in the pacific northwest.

I am obviously doing something wrong. I cant get it glossy. Either brushing on or airbrushing. Have not tried dipping parts yet. I do have the proper product though. Ideas on what i am doing wrong?

In my opinion. Kits were meant to be built. I have no qualms about building old kits. One of the things i enjoy is building a old or rare kit and seeing the reaction of people when i put them on the contest tables.

Recieved my vectors today. Really nice. Curious to see the one piece vectors. Can't wait for your next project. Joe.

Theres also a sight that does auto touchup in factory spray cans and they sell a clear thats compatible with their paint in a aerosol as well.

Last minute thought on paint. Gonna do interior in black with the body the new spaz candy apple red with platinum stripe across hood top and trunk. Always wanted to try the new paint.

Side Rear

Ok got back to bench for a little more work. Added the 87gta tailight assembly. Changed the wheels to cragars and changed the tires to a different design. I put in a 67 grill not sure if ill put in a rs grill or what. Just mocked up the car to see what it would look like. Sorry we ather didnt cooperate so couldnt prime my work. Comments. Ideas. Side

Side Rear

This is my first on line project that I am actually going to document on line so bear with me. This is a project i started after seeing a similiar car in my parking lot. I decided to combine a 69 camaro and a 69 firebird. Adding different ideas along the way. I want to stay with the 69 theme. Im not sure about the engine yet. Thinking about a 92 firebird engine. But may stick with a standard pontiac motor. Lots of ideas. Not sure about paint will come later. The front of the car is 69 camaro and the back is 69 firebird. The interior and chassis will be the firebird. Using mpc bodies I made the cut and joined the nose in the middle of the wheel opening. I added a 73 camaro spoiler to simulate a ducktail. May change the tailights dont know yet. Right now using the wheels an d tires from the 92 formula. Open to ideas.

Or take it back to your hobby store and if they are good they will exchange it for a good one. I have had to do that a couple of times.

Sounds like how Washington state goes about handing out licenses.

My heart and sympathys to all who lost people and had to deal with it. But i go on this forum as a escape from the craziness of this world and to have fun with my newfound friends on here. I like both ideas multi piece wheels for us detail fanatics, one piece wheels for those of us with limited dexterity and want the look still. Ill take them in both versions please.

He also has these tires in soft resin or hard white resin. I ordered several sets of tires of both and they are great quality and the prices are good. He's a great guy hope this helps.

Theres a guy on ebay that sells reproductions of christines plate. There are six to a sheet goes under jim 16 and the sheet is 3.99 i believe. I ordered a few things from him and they are nice.

Check with chief joseph on this forum or email him on his sight fireball modelworks he has a 295/60/15 bit might have ideas on other sizes. His work is great. And the tires are b/f goodrich radial t/a's.

I think he had a nasty divorce or something and he either had to sell some stuff or it got damaged in the,divorce. Don't know for sure. Just a rumor i heard around the,shows.. i ordered the corvair it was really rough. Ended up selling it on ebay.
